The project aims to revive traditional natural industries and preserve the cultural heritage of the Carpathian region. It includes breeding rare horse species, ecological beekeeping, trout farming, and a falcon nursery. All activities are based on principles of environmental sustainability and the preservation of traditional methods. This initiative revitalizes ancient crafts and creates modern infrastructure for recreation, education, and interaction with nature, making it a unique destination for visitors worldwide.
FRIESLAND: BREEDING AND
BREEDING OF EXOTIC AND
RARE BREEDS OF HORSES
- Breeding Elite Friesian Horses. Certified by the Friesian Sporthorse Association (FSA), our center specializes in breeding Friesian horses—refined and graceful animals renowned for their exceptional riding skills and majestic appearance.
- Variety of Breeds: In addition to Friesians, our facility features a selection of other unique breeds, including Shires, Falabellas, Brabansons, Percherons, and Hutsul horses, once domesticated by the people of Tripillia.
- Modern Infrastructure. We offer indoor and outdoor arenas for training, riding, and competitions.
- Horse Rentals and Outings. We provide the opportunity to rent horses for leisurely rides and walks and exclusive carriage trips and marathons.
- Personal Horse Care. Your horse will receive professional care and can participate in the various activities offered at our complex.
- Riding School. We offer riding lessons for children and adults, catering to all skill levels.
- Children's Area. Our facility includes a designated space for children featuring miniature horse breeds. This allows young ones to interact with and learn about these beautiful animals safely.
ORGANIC CARPATIAN APIECE
- The apiary has over 100 bee families, making it a medium-sized operation in the Carpathians, known for its rich beekeeping traditions.
- This craft honey is delicious and boasts healing and anti-allergenic properties. Honey produced by subalpine honeybees is particularly valued for its health benefits, which are attributed to the area's ecological purity and the absence of chemical fertilizers.
- We offer personalized beehives for guests and investors in a historically significant area designated for honey collection.
- Additionally, we plan to certify the apiary as organic according to European standards to confirm the high quality of our honey.
MOUNTAIN TROUT FARM
- The largest lake for sport fishing in Ukraine. Located on a mountain stream with fresh running water, the lake is ideal for trout farming and sport fishing. Constructed using Austrian technologies and natural stone.
- Trout farm. A revival of the historic trout farming traditions of the Skole region, known for its pristine waters and trout cultivation.
- Sustainable fish farming. Eco-friendly trout breeding that follows traditional practices to ensure exceptional fish quality.
- «Ikra-Yahoda» fish restaurant. Dishes prepared with freshly caught trout from our very own farm.
FALCO CLUB — INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR FALCON BREEDING
- World Level and Uniqueness: The project is an international center dedicated to the selection and preservation of rare species of falcons, established by the requirements of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). The Carpathians have proven to be an ideal location for breeding these birds, which are highly valued by the global falconry community.
- Breeding and Selection: The nursery focuses on preserving species listed in the Red Book, including Peregrine falcons, Crested Peregrines, and Balobans. Each falcon is officially registered and possesses its passport, which helps protect and restore these species in the wild.
- Museum of Falcon Tradition: This museum showcases the centuries-old history of falconry, featuring artifacts that date back to the 2nd millennium BC. UNESCO has recognized falconry as part of humanity's intangible cultural heritage.
- International Falconry Community: The project fosters an international business community that brings together falconry enthusiasts. Club members can observe training sessions, enjoy display flights, participate in revival events, and have their falcons cared for by the club.
- Overall, the project emphasizes the Carpathians' unique potential for biodiversity conservation, highlighting their significance to the global falconry community.
