STABLES AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR KEEPING HORSES
- Stable: A two-story building accommodating 78 workers, including offices. The second floor is designated for recreation and events.
- Playpen: A space for training and hosting horse shows.
- Birth Department: An area designed for raising young animals under ideal conditions.
HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE
- Residential Building: A range of housing options is available, from apartments accommodating four families to luxurious VIP villas. The modular homes are situated near levadas, providing guests with an opportunity to live harmoniously with nature and wildlife.
- Rehabilitation and Spa Center: This facility is designed for healing and psychological recovery, emphasizing retreats and rehabilitation programs. The modern spa area offers relaxation in a serene natural environment.
